You can see a moiré pattern from two groups of parabolas (quadratic Bézier curves). Please mouse click on the deck image and move it (drag and drop / touch and move). Turn rotation on and off as you like. I hope you will enjoy the typical emergent hyperbolic and elliptical shapes. In the case of no rotation and scaling you will get straight lines (GeoGebra: (.html)) and with a scaling only parabolas (GeoGebra: (.html)) as a moiré.
The number field permits one group of parabolas to be decreased or increased in size. You can compare the rendering to a graph using piecewise linear approximation.
